LVHN Community Conversations

We want to hear from you!

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment.  The purpose of the assessment is to learn about social and health needs in your community and to use the information gathered to guide their care and interventions.  One way they gather information is by talking to community members like you.  Schuylkill Connects will be holding five focus groups in the Schuylkill County Community.

Location: Pottsville Free Public Library

Wednesday, December 11 at 10:00 am

Location: Open Door Project, Pine Grove

Location: Schuylkill Haven Recreation Center, Schuylkill Haven
